After working a few years at a Plastic Surgery Clinic in Manhattan Dr. Michael Gartner decided to open his own practice.  He knew the challenges he would face.  After doing extensive industry research in 2016 Michael Gartner found Nova Medical 360, which was the right branding, marketing, and Practice Management fit.

Challenge

Setting up a new practice from scratch brought a number of challenges such as Branding, New Patient Acquisition, Practice Management, and web presence.

With no prior Medical Marketing in place, Nova Medical 360 was tasked to create branding, build a Plastic Surgery Website, start SEO, a Social Media following, Paid Marketing Campaigns, and Videography.

Our long-term strategy was to build the brand the right way from the first attempt, something many practices do wrong. Using the knowledge gained from our experienced Advisory Board the brand name of, "Gartner Plastic Surgery & Laser Center" was created.

Plastic Surgery Website Design

Great care and time were taken to build Dr. Gartner's website. We came up with an award-winning and industry leading custom Medical Website Design which would set Jon apart from his competition. At Nova Medical we focused heavily on the Conversion Optimization experience making the website user-friendly while being visually appealing. Shortly after launch, the website started to show a high ROI and conversion rate.

Search Engine Optimization

Currently, we are only ten months into the SEO project and already tremendous results were achieved in this short period of time. Gartner Plastic Surgery & Laser Center currently ranks under 90% of all the industry keywords, with search results showing from the middle to the top of the first page.

Practice Management

By having an advisory board as part of Nova Medical we had an opportunity to organize cross-training events. This was fortunate for Dr. Michael Gartner as he had just started his practice, and he would benefit from the board's experience & advice. Our management team organized Practice Management training at the top practices in North America. Nova accommodated Dr. Gartner and his Practice Manager by flying them to Toronto where they had a chance to spend one week with Dr. Cory Torgerson and Dr. Martin Jugenburg, learning their business and the crucial elements to a successful practice.

Video Production & Social Media

From the onset, video content was a big component to support the branding, organic rankings, and Patient Acquisition through Social Media. Keeping up with the new Social Media techniques is an important part of Medical Marketing.
